While working at FinchUX, I worked on our client’s (Delightree) UX research to strategize user flows and make UI changes to increase user retention.

Account Creation

The Redesign increased the number of users who created an account upon visiting the website from 30% to 70%.

New Users

20% increase in new users added on the software after management account was created.

User Retention

Of all the users on the database, 60% of them were retained after 2 months of usage.

Who are the Users?

Delightree caters to franchise owners/managers overseeing operations, head office/administrators managing multiple locations, and frontline staff accessing schedules and tasks. Additionally, external vendors or service providers may interact with the platform for maintenance tasks.
